Know It Or Blow It

Just when I more or less made up my mind on getting a Blackberry, the news broke that the federal judge ruled that a proposed patent settlement isn’t enforceable… Which basically means that the so-called Crackberry won’t be worth getting to me.

Did read about the trial before, but was hoping they would come to a settlement, but it seems it’s not going to be that way.

Don’t know how it’s going to influence the European version though.
